Located in the Village Of The Arts, the largest artist colony on the west coast of Florida in Bradenton. Left Of Center Gallery, one of the oldest continually open gallery, is celebrating its 20th year in the Village. Resident artist Randy Blahna is a contemporary, multi media painter using unique canvas sizes and forms. Currently Left Of Center represents 2 glass artists - Patty Holland works in stained, fused and slumped glass and the crew at Bottle Benders make chimes from recycled glass bottles.
The gallery is located at 1013 11th Ave. W. in Bradenton, Florida, or call us at 941-518-1536. Each month on the first full weekend there is an Art Walk where galleries are open Friday night from 6p.m.-9:30p.m. and Saturday from 11a.m. to 4p.m.
About the Artist
Artist Randy Blahna specializes in contemporary paintings using oils, acrylics and mixed media. He utilizes vibrant colors coupled with unique designs to create his paintings. It's not unusual to see his work on different shapes of canvas including tryptych style. A long time resident in the Village Of The Arts, Randy is formerly from Minnesota with a stop in Michigan where he studied art in Detroit. His works can be seen exclusively at Left Of Center Gallery.
